The Aglow lighthouse has finished 2008 by holding a special outreach event for the Pregnancy Care Centers of Oracle and Winkleman. What a wonderful time we had together. We had a great turnout of young moms and their children, all Aglow members and our supporters. The donations, as usual, were generously given. Every item will be very much appreciated; thank you! A special thanks to Ms. Peru and the worship team. They set the atmosphere--just right! And I can’t forget to mention the great panel discussion by the SE Aglow area team, Donna Morley (nutritionist), and our own Diana Larroque and Mary Jean Burnes, who gave a superb mock job interview.
At our first meeting in January, we will finish our study in Daniel; and then on January 27, we will begin the Truth Project (a series from Focus on the Family). This series will not require any homework but will be no less than a power-packed journey. We will have time to review each DVD and confirm what we have learned. Judy Strong, a member of the SE Aglow area team, will be our facilitator for this series.
We will be meeting in the homes of Diana Larroque and Joanne Witkowski on a bi-monthly basis. Our meeting time will be extended to a two-hour session with a salad potluck lunch immediately following. Please come and enjoy. Husbands are welcome.

Diana’s Home: Turn onto SaddleBrooke Boulevard and go approximately 2.7 miles. Turn right onto MountainView Boulevard. Follow MountainView Boulevard around (passing the tennis courts). Turn right onto Clubhouse Drive. Pass the first stop sign on Clubhouse Drive and continue to Northwood Road. Turn right. Go almost to the end of Northwood. The address is 61906 E. Northwood Road. Diana’s phone number is 825-0732.
Joanne’s Home: Turn onto SaddleBrooke Boulevard and go approximately 2.7 miles. Pass MountainView Boulevard and turn right at the very next street, which is Skyline Drive. The home is the third house from your turn on the mountain side. The address is 37577 S. Skyline Drive. Joanne’s phone number is 825-4802. (If you pass a mini mart, you have gone too far).
