Club News
In 2009, opportunities abound for western dancing in SaddleBrooke. The SaddleBrooke Partners Western Dance Club is chartered in both HOA I and HOA II. Membership is open to all residents. Dues are $5 per person, payable immediately for the year 2009. The club will be sponsoring three dances this winter season. Tickets will be $5 per person or free to club members, with the opportunity to enroll in the club available at any dance.
The first club sponsored dance will be Thursday, January 15, 2009 in the Vermillion Room at HOA I, from 7 to 9 p.m. The Gromelskis will provide the music. Earlier that evening, SaddleBrooke will have a rib dinner, with a country singer providing entertainment from 5 to 7 p.m. What a great opportunity to make the evening a dinner/dance! At 7 p.m., the club will commence the SaddleBrooke Partners Western Dance. Tickets for the dance will be $5 per person, or, of course, free to club members, payable that night on the honor system.
On February 20, 2009, we will be dancing in the MountainView Ballroom to the music of Branded Duo with a no-host bar from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets for this dance will be $10 for club members, $12 for non-club members, per person, and may be purchased prior to the dance from Jane Gromelski.
Our final scheduled dance will find us back in the Vermillion Room at HOA I on Wednesday, March 11, for the usual hours and prices.
