Helpful genealogy hints to be shared at SaddleBrooke Genealogy meeting

Have you hit that "brick wall" in trying to trace ancestors? Even well-seasoned genealogists sometime have to find ways to search around brick walls.
Wherever you are along the pathway of developing your family's genealogy there are others who are willing to share ways to attempt overcoming obstacles in genealogy research and finding new resources.

A good starting point is the SaddleBrooke Genealogy Club that meets on the first Thursday of each month at 1:00 p.m. in the SaddleBrooke clubhouse. During the summer months the program is informal with club members facilitating interesting discussion topics - all geared to share information and help each other in research.

"Overcoming the Brick Wall" will be the theme of the August 5th meeting when members can seek advice from others in overcoming obstacles of research.

If you are pursuing developing your family genealogy or even if you are just wanting to know how to get started, being a member of the SaddleBrooke Genealogy Club is a helpful resource.

Visit and become a member of the SaddleBrooke Genealogy club. You will find considerable knowledge and support from members whose experience range from beginners to years of research.

Regular meeting programs and other activities resume in September. For more information, contact Jim Smith, Vice-president/program chair, JimS40220@aol.com.
